The processing of recycled fibres is nothing new for Dierickx Visschers.

We have been doing this for two generations in our felt production unit in Zele, Belgium.

At Dierickx Visschers we strive to maximise the use of recycled and natural raw materials.

We process different types of (recycled) fibres:

• Acrylic: recycled textiles

• Mattress waste: leftovers, cuttings, fabric waste

• Jutte

• Polyester fibres

• Wool

• ...

Our felts can be used for all sorts of different applications:

• Mattress covers

Our waddings can also be used for different applications like

• Fillings for mattresses

• Fillings for outdoor furniture

• Insulation

• Soundproofing

Our felts can be offered in different weights, starting at 250/300g/m2 until 1500g/m2

We can also cut to measure.

Our MOQ's are 3000m² for felts, and 1800/2000Kg for waddings.
