From 2016 leader of innovation through the transformation of business model learnings by dissemination, replication, and franchising of KF business model at regional and EU brands and manufacturers through Reginnova NE, the NGO Katty Fashion with respectable and valuable regional partners, has founded in 2016 to support the innovation, education and real sustainable value creation for fashion and garment manufacturing sector at regional and EU level into a strong ecosystem created in last decades. From 2019, in transition to an innovative and sustainable business model, focused on a bottom-up approach in the development of the most viable techniques/services of zero-preconsumer waste of all resources in collaborative design, product development, and on-demand smart manufacturing, based on the 2 decades of expertise and on 10 years complete development of Fashion Factory of the Future strategic plan. We also implemented Agile practices &Business Management techniques through specialized training with the aim of co-creating with our team and further with regional and EU partners, most beneficial for all, implementation of our incremental transformation of the business model strategic plan because, while introducing the new 3D technologies and working on our next steps of incremental transformation of business model to digitally-enabled smart&circular design, product development and garment manufacturing we identify the need of carefully address the social aspects of introduction the new technologies. Katty Fashion is an active member of several ecosystems at the regional (Regional Innovation Committee into Regional Smart Specialisation Strategy ) and EU level, as ETP-Bio Based-Circular and Digital Fashion experts groups, Regiotex, TCBL, EFFRA, Common Objectives, EIT Manufacturing where we are bringing complementary our team valuable expertise and working closely with quadruple helix experts in the digitalization,bio-based, circular for real solutions providing to the vital need of fashion and garment manufacturing paradigm change to more ethical, sustainable and viable business models into interconnected EU value chains for most optimal use of all resources and in real-time decision making/tested-validated solutions providing, through research, innovation, education and real sustainable value creation for all stakeholders including the environment.
